Growth Point System

To make this group more unique, give it more of an RPG feel, and as a ploy to keep members active, I have created the GP (Growth Point) System.


Each time you submit an artwork of your character to the Artwork folder, your character will be awarded 5 GP.

If you submit a piece with two or more of your own characters in it, all characters in the piece will get 5 GP.

If you submit a piece of your character with someone else's character, both characters will get 5 GP, plus the artist of the piece will get a bonus 5 GP to give to any of their own characters.

If you draw fanart of someone's else's character, that character will get 5 GP and the artist of the drawing will also get 5 GP to give to any of their own characters.

Literature also counts for GP. 500 words is 3 GP, 1000 words is 5 GP. If you get between those two numbers, you get 4 GP. Below 500 words is 2 GP.

If you submit a sketch or a line art to Artwork, you get 3 points. Only colored pictures will get you the full 5.

Old artwork doesn't count for points, so please make new artwork for the group.

Participating in Events will net you 10 to 35 GP, depending on how early you turn in your event piece.

Submitting to WIPs does not net you any GP.

Rack up GP and you can give your characters new abilities, learn new magic, increase stats, or increase attack power of abilities!
Of course, in order to do any of these things, you need to pay with GP.

Price List:
25 GP - Increase attack power of an existing ability by 1. (Remember, your attack power cannot go over 4/5!)
35 GP - Increase a stat by 1 (Remember, you cannot have more than three 4/5 or 5/5 stats!)
45 GP - Add a non-offensive ability
60 GP - Add a non-magic offensive ability and/or a weapon
75 GP - Add a magic (Make sure it isn't the opposite of your currently existing magics!)
100 GP - Add an opposite magic

(Note: If your character joined the group with only 2 abilities and you thought of a new ability, you can add it to your character's profile without GP. You just can't go over 5 abilities without paying GP. As for attack power, your character cannot have more than one 4/5 ability without paying GP. As for magic, your character cannot have more than 2 magics or be able to use opposite magics without paying GP.)

GP does not affect RPs! A character with 0 total GP can still defeat a character with 100 total GP in battle. GP is a way to help your characters better their skills and to keep track of how much time you've put into them!

GP Rules
If you are going to be spending any GP, be sure to let me know so I can update the GP list correctly.
Adding upgrades without GP/abusing the GP System in any way will result in a warning. Repeated offenses will result in a two week ban from the group and chatroom.
Your characters must use their own GP to pay for upgrades! You can't have a character using their GP to pay for another character.
